Finding inner joy is the focus you will be learning while you travel abroad together with 16StrongWomen. Inner joy is happiness, a place of rest, balance, and no wasted energy. You will learn new tools to open your heart and how to trust in yourself first.

Romy Werner
Romy is a work life coach, a spa therapist, and a world traveler. She stops stress. She quit her own stress after working for the wellness industry and invented a hands-on approach for wellbeing. She quit, just like in Eat Pray Love, everything negative and went on a pilgrimage. Now, it's time to take women on five-day pilgrimages through the world, to have their journey of a lifetime. No problem should remain unsolved and stress is unnecessary. Wellness is feeling good, free, and amazing.
