The serviced villa combines natural materials such as Ecuadorian plantation teak, local redwood, and laterite stone with antique Keralan pillars and furniture. Handcrafted outdoor furniture and other design features lend the property its beautiful and relaxed tone. Large windows and decks provide spectacular sunsets over the Arabian Sea. Waking early, you can witness early morning Keralan fishing rituals and view dolphins at play.
There are 36 palms growing on the beautiful property - all of which are incorporated into the villa's design and provide beauty, shade, and lots of coconuts. Come and count them for yourself and enjoy a fresh coconut water drink, direct from one of the 36 palms. The villa has individually styled deluxe sea view rooms and garden level suites to accommodate up to 22 guests. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, mini bar, tea and coffee, and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available across the property.

Sea view rooms are expansive and designed to reflect the simplicity and beauty of the natural surrounds with large windows for guests to enjoy the Arabian Sea views. Antiques and colorful soft furnishings sourced in India give an open beach house feel.
