Your Base Camp: Baita Bruseda
Your retreat begins at Baita Bruseda, a cozy mountain cabin nestled in the heart of the Orobie Regional Park. Surrounded by untouched nature, this is your sanctuary for the week—a place where the wild beauty of the Alps meets the warmth of a rustic refuge.
The cabin features a welcoming wooden bathroom and an outdoor hot shower, allowing you to refresh and rejuvenate while staying connected to the natural surroundings. Just steps away, you’ll find a unique sauna carved into a small cave—a magical spot to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.
For accommodation, you’ll stay in a spacious seven-meter glamping tent, located just one minute away from the cabin. These tents offer a unique blend of adventure and comfort, with cozy bedding and a connection to nature that ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Wake up to the sounds of the forest, with breathtaking views of the mountains and the crisp alpine air right outside your door. It’s the perfect way to recharge after a day of trekking, cooking, and exploring.
Neuro yoga is a unique practice that blends traditional yoga poses with neuroplasticity principles to enhance brain function, emotional balance, and physical health. Through mindful movement, breathing exercises, and meditation, this practice stimulates neural pathways, promoting mental clarity and overall well-being.
The aim of this retreat is to expand your consciousness, purify your body and mind, and strengthen your connection with nature. Luca offers an experience that includes daily neuro yoga and meditation, gentle trekking with up to 400 meters of elevation, and a rejuvenating sauna in the hobbit cave each evening to soothe your muscles and calm your mind.
This retreat is also an opportunity to share your journey with like-minded individuals, explore the woods, read a book, or simply relax and enjoy the present moment.
Note: The schedule may vary depending on weather conditions and the group’s preferences.
The excursions during this retreat are designed to immerse you in the untouched beauty of the Orobie Regional Park, offering a mix of adventure, discovery, and deep connection with nature. Each trek is an opportunity to explore the alpine landscape, recharge your spirit, and find inner peace.
Whether you’re an experienced hiker or a casual walker, the excursions are tailored to suit all levels, ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Nestled in the heart of the Orobie Regional Park, in the Italian pre-Alps, this retreat takes place in a region blessed by endless sunny days and untouched natural beauty. The park is a paradise of wildflowers, berries, enchanted forests, crystal-clear torrents, and majestic peaks—a landscape so breathtaking it feels like it was painted by the divine.
Unlike more crowded destinations, the Orobie Park remains wild and serene, offering a true escape into nature. Here, the clouds dance across vast skies, creating unforgettable sunsets, and at night, the moon illuminates the mountains, filling the air with a vibrant energy that invites you on an endless inner journey.
During the retreat, you’ll enjoy wholesome vegan meals made with organic, local, and seasonal ingredients. Our philosophy is simple: let the natural flavors of the ingredients shine through minimal processing.
Expect a vibrant mix of legumes, raw and cooked vegetables, and high-quality olive oil, all combined to create dishes that are as delicious as they are nourishing. The preparation is quick and intuitive, reflecting a personal approach to cooking that values simplicity and creativity.
Every meal is a feast for the senses, with colorful plates that delight the eyes and satisfy the palate. From hearty lentil stews to fresh salads bursting with flavor, each dish is designed to nourish your body and soul while respecting the rhythms of nature.
A Jazz-Inspired Kitchen: None of the dishes are planned in advance. Like a jazz musician, I step into the kitchen, see what’s around me, and start improvising. I never know what I’ll serve until the moment it’s ready—each meal is a spontaneous creation, guided by intuition and a love for fresh, vibrant ingredients.
Cooking with Joy: While the group practices yoga, I prepare the sauna and begin cooking. Knowing that someone, at the end of their session, will arrive eager to sit at the table fills me with happiness. There’s something magical about cooking calmly while, just a short distance away, people are immersed in yoga. Setting the veranda table and seeing the joy on their faces when they taste the food is what makes this experience truly special. It’s the thing that nourishes my soul the most.
A Magic Journey has a cave sauna heated by firewood that will be on every evening, providing enough warmth for you to refresh yourself in the outdoor cold bath right next to the sauna.
Included in the package, every evening before dinner you will enjoy a sauna heated by a wood-burning stove, followed by a cold bath or shower, and then relax on a lounger to rejuvenate your body and soul.
