What Will You Do During This Retreat
Asana
You will practice Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga asana under the expert guidance is Sanskrit for “seat”. The idea of the “seat” in this context refers not only to the physical position of the body but to the position of the spirit in relation to Divinity. This idea is often referred to as the “One Seat”, by Yogis and Buddhists alike. This helps the purification of the physical body through the traditional practices of shatkarmas followed by the practices of asanas, pranayamas, mudra, and bandha.
Meditation
