Welcome to our Abhyasa Yogmath our beautiful yoga school in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga and a hub for spiritual seekers from around the world. The school is nestled in the serene foothills of the Himalayas, surrounded by greenery and the blessings of the sacred Ganges river. Rishikesh is known as the yoga capital of the world, and our school is proud to be a part of this rich tradition.

At the school, they offer a range of traditional yoga classes, from Hatha to Ashtanga, as well as meditation, pranayama, and philosophy classes. the experienced teachers are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for students to deepen their practice and connect with their inner selves. In addition to the daily classes, they also offer yoga retreats and short yoga and meditation programs, designed for students who are passionate about enhancing their self-practice.

  • 07:45: Morning yoga with group - pranayama, Dynamic Hatha yoga, and static asanas

  • 12:00: Meditation or yoga Nidra practice
  • 13:30: Sattvic lunch
  • 16:00: Tea and walk around the ashram
  • 17:00: Evening yoga session
  • 19:00: Aarti (evening prayer)
  • 20:00: Maun (silence) for one hour
  • 20:30: Dinner
  • 21:00: Chanting and kirtan
  • 21:30: Retire to bed

Day 3

  • 06:30: Morning nature walk
  • 07:30: Morning refreshing yoga session
  • 09:00: Sattvic breakfast
  • 12:00: Meditation
  • 13:00: Lunch (local food)
  • 16:00: Herbal tea
  • 17:00: Evening yoga session
  • 19:00: Aarti (evening prayer)

  • 07:00: Aarti (morning prayers)

  • Silent day (maun vrat) from 06:00 to 18:00
  • 06:00: Morning silent meditation
  • 07:00: Traditional yoga and pranayama session

  • 11:30: Sound healing meditation and chakra meditation
  • 13:00: Lunch
  • 16:00: Tea and special session
  • 17:00: Power yoga session
  • 07:30: Sattvic dinner

Day 6

  • 06:00: Meditation and Mantra yoga / morning sunrise meditation and silent walk
  • 07:30: Hatha yoga practices

  • 12:00: Sound bath and yoga philosophy
  • Sound immersion with ancient singing bowls, bells, and yoga Nidra
