Originally from Berlin, Germany. Jana came to Koh Samui in 2005 and encountered her first yoga class with Absolute Yoga, which formed a strong passion that propelled her on her yoga journey. Jana has a gentle approach to teaching and enabling her students to move in a rhythm that guides them mindfully with their breath. Every student is given room to nurture their body and mind in an atmosphere of safety and comfort, creating a state of balance and harmony.

This retreat will take place in Koh Samui, Thailand, nestled into the hillside with a stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand on Choeng Mon peninsula.

Spa treatments
This retreat includes an access to the steam room. Absolute Sanctuary does not allow any exchanges of treatments or programs unless due to medical reason and on an exception basis subject to the discretion of the management. When booking with accommodation, you will also enjoy a selection of treatments of daily 90-minute Absolute Thai Stretch massage or 60-minute Absolute Aroma Retreat massage, and 1 colon hydrotherapy session.
Absolute Thai Stretch massage
Absolute Thai Stretch massage combines stretches and pressures to release pent up tensions and mobilize joints.
Absolute Aroma Retreat massage
Absolute Aroma Retreat massage is an aromatherapy full body massage from qualified and experienced therapists which is the pinnacle of aromatherapy treatments. This massage combines a healing soft touch and deeper strokes to work on loosening tight muscles and energizing the body.
Colon Hydrotherapy
Colon Hydrotherapy is an alternative therapy that has been used for centuries. It is a simple process that cleanses the colon via the rectum using a series of infusions of warm or filtered water. The water dislodges impacted matter and is released gently throughout the session. It is an effective way of internally cleansing the colon, encouraging the removal of old impacted waste, and built up gas and mucous in the body. The session usually lasts about one hour.
The colon hydrotherapy beds are custom made in accordance with standard guidelines to ensure effectiveness, comfort, cleanliness, and safety. Absolute Sanctuary uses reverse-osmosis filtered water to warmed to body temperature for all infusions. All tubes used are disposable (one-time use only). A trained nurse is also always on hand to closely monitor the temperature and flow of the water, and may administer a gentle abdominal massage to encourage the abdomen to release, if you would like.
