Benefits of detox
- Safe and fast weight loss. As toxin levels decrease and the body becomes more chemically balanced, your metabolic rate increases and by the second day of your detox, you can feel your biochemistry normalizing and your excess weight dropping off naturally.
- Clearer and more radiant skin. As toxins are flushed out of your body, your pores become unblocked and your skin breathes better, causing your face to glow.

Pre-cleanse
To help ease the body into the process of detoxification, you could 'pre-cleanse' your body about one to two weeks before the program by drinking a minimum of three to four liters of filtered water daily, reducing the amount of processed foods you eat, simplifying the foods you eat, and begin eliminating meat, diary, bread, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol from your diet.
This is not absolutely necessary but is recommended. Try to avoid one last big night out before you come. Honor your body and your decision to improve your health and your life. Please consult your doctor before starting any fasting or detox program.

Originally from Berlin, Germany. Jana came to Koh Samui in 2005 and encountered her first yoga class with Absolute Yoga, which formed a strong passion that propelled her on her yoga journey. Jana has a gentle approach to teaching and enabling her students to move in a rhythm that guides them mindfully with their breath. Every student is given room to nurture their body and mind in an atmosphere of safety and comfort, creating a state of balance and harmony.

Absolute pressure point massage (therapeutic Thai massage)
This strong massage combines Thai massage with acupressure point work to relieve ailments such as headache, back pain, knee pain, and shoulder and neck pain caused by various conditions of physical and mental stress. The massage involves the therapist using her thumbs, palms, and fingers to apply pressure on specific points. It's a painful yet therapeutic massage. Not for the faint hearted.
Absolute rejuvenation
The techniques used in this massage specifically deal with the needs of athletes and the effects of athletic performance on the body.
