Adams Wood House is an Ayurvedic homestay in Fort Kochi. It is a traditional homestay run by a family well-known for Ayurvedic treatments from the past four generations. They make their own herbal oils for Ayurvedic treatments. There, guests can stay in their traditional homestay.

After completing his graduation, Firoz joined the Taj Hotels in India. Later, he worked in Bahrain, and from there, he moved to Dubai and worked for Starwood hotels at Sheraton Jumeirah beach resort and towers in U.A.E. After spending more than 25 years in the hotel industry, he started his own homestay business. Since he is from an Ayurveda-practicing family, he decided to give Ayurvedic treatments and yoga lessons to his clients who come to Kerala to relax and rejuvenate.
