Having completed a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training course in 2024 with a university degree in teaching and learning, Katharina supports others on their spiritual paths. From Bang Rong Pier, catch a boat to Koh Yao Noi. The first boat leaves at 8:40 a.m. and runs every hour until 5:00 p.m. You can take a speedboat, approximately 500 THB, for 30 minutes. You can also take a long-tail boat, approximately 400 THB, for one hour. From Tha Lane Pier, the first boat leaves at 9:00 a.m. and runs every hour until 5:50 p.m. You can take a speedboat, approximately 300 THB, for 20 minutes or a long-tail boat, approximately 250 THB, for 45 minutes.
From Phuket International Airport (HKT), take a taxi to Bang Rong Pier. It is approximately a 25-minute drive for 600 to 650 THB. When you arrive at Koh Yao Noi, take a local taxi to Island Yoga. Approximately a 20-minute drive for 100 to 150 THB. From Krabi Airport (KBV), take a taxi to Tha Lane Pier. It takes approximately 45 minutes for 700 to 800 THB.
