Lola Hampson-Ghani studied and taught Vinyasa and Yin yoga in Amsterdam between 2020-2023. She found the healing benefits of yoga and meditation after losing confidence in her body due to an illness. Since then she hasn’t turned back. “It’s my mission to help renew students' confidence in their bodies and minds”.
