Holistic movement, mindfulness, and yoga are the best approaches to well-being, breath, and movement teachings that you can imagine for a retreat. For this retreat, as the focus is to connect with the environment, the classes and workshop are designed to boost your awareness and reconnect to the discovery of the feel-good feeling inside of you. This is a super powerful tool and guide you can foster, that also leads you to make great choices in life, such as choosing foods that nourish you, but also puts a lot of appreciation to the idea of joy and enjoyment - as one experiences with tasting great wine.
Alexandra Meffert will offer morning meditation sessions, and they will have two daily yoga sessions, consisting of classes and a workshop, light space movement style. There will be extra time on Friday afternoon for an extra yoga session, Q&As, or a workshop on request if questions or topics arise throughout this retreat. You can join this retreat alone or come with a friend, partner, child, or alone. Whatever feels best for you. Anyone can join this retreat, whether you are a total beginner or a professional yogi.
The yoga sessions and workshops are designed to include any level and experience and there is always enough space to find your own flow and feel great. They include a lot of their own approach and teachings, which offers learning opportunities and great experiences for everyone. The sessions will mostly be led in English, as the group is international. Obviously, they can always translate parts into German, Spanish, and Italian. The "Finding ease" workshop focuses on moving actively with more ease as well as the relaxation response.
