Accommodation

Alive Oaks is a magical land, habited by generations of a traditional Portuguese family. As you explore this sprawling 35-acre area, you will discover a world of possibilities. It is there, amidst nature's beauty, where you will find the space to grow, heal, and thrive.

There are two rooms in one house and two beds in the renovated barn. The rooms are in a shared house but the room is private and couples can share. Two people will stay per house. There is also one private bell tent for one person.

Program

This retreat will begin by preparing you for this profound experience with soothing sound baths, trauma release practices, invigorating quantum Qi gong, and grounding yoga sessions. Guided by Sunseeahray's expertise and experience, you'll venture into the depths of the unknown, supported every step of the way. She eagerly anticipates accompanying you on this beautiful journey of self-discovery and spiritual exploration.

Sunseeahray's journey is a testament to the power of spiritual awakening and the profound transformations it can bring. In 2010, after facing a significant loss and battling a formidable disease, her path took a turn toward healing and self-discovery. By 2011, she had earned certifications as both a yoga teacher and a sound healer, setting the stage for her transformative work. She specialized in intuitive, multidimensional and shamanic healing and channeled a discipline called Quantum Qigong that is a very transformational morning practice that combines meditation, breathwork, Qigong etc..
