A Bootcamp Experience is aimed building strength, endurance, and agility through intense and a combination of physical activities that includes aerobics, strength training, speed training - just to name a few. The activities can be held both indoors and outdoors and are usually done in a group setting.
As Bootcamps are physically and mentally challenging, it is not suitable for those who currently have a low level of fitness or serious medical conditions. It is highly advisable for participants to consult a doctor before considering joining a Bootcamp.
When you join a Bootcamp, you'll be guided by professional instructors as you go through military-style physical training that'll help you to implement positive changes into your life through fitness & nutrition.
Designed as an opportunity for participants to test their own limits, you can expect to partake in physically demanding activities such as boxing and High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT) with little or no recovery time in between.
In order to improve your fitness level and/or experience weight loss, during a Bootcamp, you’ll also be learning all about nutrition and enjoy a healthy diet throughout the experience.
Some Bootcamps also offer a take-home fitness and healthy eating plan to help you sustain a good level of health & fitness once you completed the program.
