Accommodation

During this retreat, you will be staying at Tomidhu Steading. All bedroom doors are accessed from the outside, double beds and single beds. Underfloor heating.

Program

Come and join Allan Brownlie and Lisa Krause for a winter weekend experience in one of the most magical places in Scotland.

Learn how to embrace the Scottish winter instead of fighting it, and experience the power of the cold by tapping into your body’s innate ability to adapt to the elements.

During this weekend retreat, you will be guided through breathwork sessions and cold water immersions, and you will learn about your circadian rhythm and how to adapt your body to the darker months of the year, just as your ancestors would have done.

Location

Royal Deeside is a fine-looking area with its characteristic Scottish blend of moody mountains, lofty crags, tumbling rivers and moors, and forests.

Food

The food over the three days will be based on the Scottish and UK seasonal food calendar. The quality Scottish Wild Venison is bought at a local butcher from a local estate. (Allan Brownlie cannot accommodate a vegan diet).

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
