About the program
Amodini's customized meditation retreats in Mallorca are private, so you get the attention you need. The aim is to familiarize you with a variety of meditation techniques to find out which one works best for you. Or, if you already meditate, to improve your practice by deepening your experience of awareness and being. You'll stay at the beautiful Hotel Cal Secretari Vell, surrounded by history and beauty and just 15 minutes from Palma de Mallorca.
You'll have plenty of free time to relax and recharge your batteries. For example, you can jump in the pool, top up your tan on the beach, treat yourself to a spa day or massage or simply enjoy the sights and Mallorca.
This retreat will show you how to master your mind, mainly through meditation - but also with the help of relaxation techniques such as yoga, breath work, Reiki healing or coaching if you wish.

The schedule

- Check in from 12:30 to 19:30
- Meeting with the teacher between 16:00 and 20:00 (by arrangement, optional on day 2 in the morning)
Day 2
- 2 individual sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours in the meditation room
Day 3
- 2 individual sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours in the meditation room
