Dmitry Vrubel, originally from Ukraine has lived in Koh Samui for the past eight years. A Hatha yoga instructor since 2002, he likes to combine the healing qualities of sound and the profound relaxation created by his use of instruments including the Hang drum and Bansuri (traditional Indian flute) within his practice. “Music was always a part of my yoga practice. I see music as a way to draw the attention inside, to calm and harmonize the mind. I think yoga and sound healing techniques are a perfect combination.”

Location

The retreat will be located at the beachfront on the soft sands of Lipa Noi Beach on Koh Samui’s peaceful west coast. Famous for providing views of the island’s most breathtaking sunsets, unspoiled natural beauty, and the friendly atmosphere of old Samui.

During this retreat, you will be served three daily detox drinks, three daily freshly prepared fruit and vegetable juices, two daily fresh coconut juices, one daily detox soup, herbal teas, and a full program of organic natural cleansing herbs and supplements included in the price.

Experience some of the best sunsets in Asia at Alchemy Cafe and Juice Bar at the beachfront restaurant. Anahata Resort selects the finest local, natural, and organic ingredients to create delicious and nutritious dishes. Many of the ingredients used are grown in their own garden. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
