Andean Spirit Lodge provides 100% vegetarian / whole food cuisine using organic products from the vegetable garden wherever possible. Here are some sample menus of tasty and healthy meals.
Breakfast
Fresh juice, muesli, fruit salad, fresh home baked bread, homemade jam, tea, coffee or herb tea.
Lunch
Organic brown rice with vegetable curry, lentil dhal, raita and homemade chutney or Ratatouille with garlic broccoli, organic brown rice or quinoa and mixed salad or Peruvian saltado made with soy meat and green beans or cauliflower served organic brown rice, a chili sauce made with tree tomato and a mixed salad. Mango mousse or banana chocolate mousse or apple and spice tart. Lemonade, chicha morada (Peruvian purple corn juice) or herb tea.
Dinner
Cream of vegetable soup, homemade bread, butter or marge, guacamole or hummus (oriental chickpea pate), fruit compote, herb tea.
