Day 1 Sarria
The most common start for those who want to walk the last stages of the Camino is the city of Sarria.
Day 2. Sarria to Portomarín. 23 km-14 milesSarria to Portomarín
The first day will take you to Portomarín after a nice walk through chesnut tress and oaks. Finally you will cross the bridge over the river Miño to get to the historic town of Portomarín.
Day 3. Portomarín to Palas de Rei. 26km-16 miles
Today´s walk follows the same pattern as yesterday, coming through rural areas and crossing small villages. Although the slopes are moderate in general, in the first half of the stage we will climb around 350m, so take your time and enjoy.
Day 4. Palas de Rei to Arzúa. 29km-18 miles
The 29-kilometer route for today is not quite difficult and you will do it easily. Similar to the other days, you will come across lots of small villages on your way, and as getting closer to Santiago, these villages provide more and more services to the pilgrim’s needs.
-Day 5. Arzúa to O Pedrouzo. 17km-11 miles
Today´s walk from Arzúa is quite smooth, the only thing that stands out is the long descent to Pedrouzo, the end of our stage from Alto de Santa Irene. The predominant vegetation of the stage is eucalyptus forests and grasslands and meadows.
Day 6. O Pedrouzo to Santiago de Compostela. 23km-14 miles
Last stage of your adventure. Not a long walk to finally arrive in Santiago de Compostela, one of the most incredible experiences you will live ever have. With a smile on your face and tears in your eyes, you will end your Camino in this wonderful city where you can share your experience with others pilgrims.
Day 7. End of the Camino or an extra night in Santiago de Compostela
