What is a HarpMood?
All inspiration, guidance, and healing depends on the state of the soul and its attunement with the essence of life. Attuning is not something that you can learn and exercise for. It comes automatically when the attachment to ideas and opinions of the usual ego-interests is transcendent.
In order to guide people to this transcendence, some spiritual masters write and talk in the hope that the words and phrases will bypass the analyzing mind and reach the resonance of soul, where both the obstructions are rooted and an opening for transcendence into unconditional wellbeing can be made.
Yoginâm found a method, or rather the method found him, in which sound is the vehicle for this communication of inspiration, guidance, and healing. Sound bypasses the mind entirely and connects in communication directly with the resonance of the soul.
HarpMood is not a kind of spiritual background music to quieten the deliberation of mind and create a beneficial atmosphere for meditation. The sounds are the actual individual communication, in which resonance is exchanged. Therefore the sequence of tones of HarpMood is different for everyone because everyone is unique as a living human being.
What is Asha Meditation?
Asha meditation is helpful for shifting quickly between the state of attention that is required for ordinary living and the state of meditation. Asha meditation is particularly useful when the time that you have for meditation is limited. The effect of rhythm on the brain is well-known and widely documented. In Asha meditation, this effect of rhythm is used for bringing the mind into a different resonance.
In practice it means that the period reserved for meditation is divided into two parts. During the first part, a regular rhythm is maintained, usually with a rattle, as a preparation for the state of silence in meditation proper. Asha meditation has proved to be very effective and particularly helpful for people who lead a busy life.
