Ashram Villa Sunshine is a wonderful Mediterranean house built with four floors and an indoor living area of more than 200 square meters, plus a terrace of 100 square meters with a private pool, a large living room, and a dining area with a place for up to 16 persons. This area can also be transformed into a meeting room for indoor activities with a separate dining area. The terrace has sunroof protection for lovely outdoor activities. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a smaller kitchenette. The entire house has three spacious toilets with showers. Showers are also available on the large pool terrace.

Instructors
Mikael Reuterberg
Mikael has worked as an entrepreneur for the last 30 years. In Sweden, he has directed his own theatre companies, in Barcelona, a pub with entertainment, and in Sitges, recreation centers. He has also furthered his studies and now teaches how to relax and handle stress, tension, food, and health. Moreover, he is an international certified yoga teacher and an instructor in Restorative and Kundalini yoga. His experience, great network of contacts, and knowledge of activities, travels, and sightseeing within the field of health and lifestyle changes is well-established.
Rikard Skogberg
Rikard Skogberg is an Osteopathic Therapist with his own studio in Stockholm and a Hatha/Restorative/Yin-Yoga Teacher. A master at making you experience and develop contact with your body and your needs right now. Rikard speaks Swedish, Portuguese, and English.
Tamara Amara
Tamara is a Shiatsu and reflexology therapist, as well as the instructor in self-massage and Hatha yoga classes.
Location
Ashram Villa Sunshine is situated high up on the hill in the best area of Sitges with a breath-taking view over the Mediterranean Sea and surroundings. You have walking distance to all the lovely beaches, the Sitges Port, and the city center. There is a local bus connection next to the villa and a supermarket nearby just down the hill.
Sitges history dates back to the 17th century during the great ages of the early 20th century, which is evident in the picturesque urban settlement of the periodic Art Nouveau style.
There are beautiful winding alleys with prickly balconies and fragrant flowers. Here, you will find everything from lovely shops, small restaurants, and grand lounge bars to discos and pubs for all tastes.
