AUM Retreat invites you to come and join a real retreat space in Spain to feel, heal, and enjoy the real. The retreat includes chakra-themed kundalini shakti yoga, meditations, mantras, sound journeys, and activities including a breath walk in the mountains, springside meditation and picnic, beach yoga, and swims. You will be accommodated at Casa AUM, a spacious and lovely guest house. Casa AUM can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
On the top floor, there is an in-house serene temple space for yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies.
The house has four color-themed bedrooms: the Pink Lotus Room (twin room), Blue Lotus Room (large double bedroom), Violet Lotus (double bedroom with mountain views), and Red Lotus Room (queen-size bed with private terrace and in-built air conditioning).
There's also a homely living room with a log burner and library, three outdoor terraces, and two bathrooms.

Manvir is an internationally renowned mantra artist, Kundalini shakti yoga and meditation guide, and founder of AUM Retreat. With a deep-rooted passion for music and spirituality, Manvir has dedicated her life to sharing the transformative power of sound and energy. As a classically trained musician, Manvir has cultivated a profound appreciation for the healing properties of music and vibration. Her journey has led her to the infinite resonance of the Naad, the sacred sound current. Through her extensive studies and practice, Manvir has become a master of mantra and sound healing.
Location
The retreat will take place in Aigües, Alicante, Spain. Aigües is a colorful, picturesque village nestled into the mountains overlooking the glorious Alicante coastline. The village is known for its healing energies, surrounded by clean air imbued with the fragrance of the surrounding pine forests.
It is said that there is no need for the pharmacy when you breathe the air and drink the water of Aigues. Casa AUM is a stone's throw from the village center, where you will find a beautiful church and local shops, as well as various small traditional bars, cafes, and restaurants.

You will be prepared one colorful, fresh, and healthy yogic vegetarian vegan meal every day; breakfast / brunch is available self-service from the kitchen, and the same applies for evening tapas. Vegan snacks, fruits, and drinks are always available.
