According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are 361 acupoints in the body along with meridians. They are important to effectively unlocks areas where stress tends to accumulate, promoting a free flow of vital energy throughout the body. During this wellness retreat, you will learn the main acupoints that can be easily understood and later practice on your own.

During this wellness retreat you will be practicing
- Morning tapping and meditation with movement: Each morning, awaken your senses with invigorating tapping and meditative movement sessions.
- Yin Yoga with acupressure points: Immerse yourself in the healing power of Yin Yoga practiced in various enchanting locations - valleys, ancient castles, and serene landscapes.
Chinese medicine experience: Gua Sha and massage:
As part of the program there will be a 40-minute massage offered focusing on the face and head, using Gua Sha tools to stimulate energy flow, release tension, and enhance the natural glow of your skin
During the 5 days retreat:
- You will focus on acupuncture points on the head, face, arms, and legs
- You will practice the power of Yin yoga and learn how to combine Yin yoga practice with acupressure points
- You will practice Yin yoga with massage balls
- You will learn acupressure massage on yourself
- You will learn how to tap to correct points on your body and head
- You will practice walking meditation and meditation with movement
- You will have 40 min Gua Sha treatment ( Chinese Medicine treatment on the face and head focusing blood and Qi circulation
- You will practice in the different valleys and castles
- You will enjoy walking in the Pigeon and Love Valleys
Sample daily schedule
Day 1
- After check-in, meet on the terrace: Introduce yourself and give gifts (the host has prepared gifts for the participants, it is something like tradition)
- Evening: Sunset Yin yoga session on the terrace
Day 2
- Walking in the valley: Opening body and mind with tapping body and meditation with movement
- Breakfast (traditional Turkish breakfast)
- Afternoon - Gua Sha massage for face and head (40 minutes)
- Evening - Yin yoga combined with acupressure massage
Day 3
- Getting up with sunrise practicing Yin yoga under ballons
- Breakfast time
- Afternoon: Learning main acupoints on the body and face ( You will use here a cloured pen, acupoints tools, and stickers)
- Evening: Practicing movement meditation and coherent breathing
Day 4
- Morning: Practicing Yin yoga with acupressure points
- Breakfast
- Afternoon: Walking in the valley
- Evening: Movement meditation and Yin yoga
Day 5
- Full body Yin yoga and closing circle
- Breakfast
