They are excited to have you join them on this unique journey at Bali Yoga School, where the peaceful ambiance of Bali meets the ancient practice of sound healing. Their school is located in a peaceful area surrounded by the lush tropical palm trees and rice fields, their school offering a perfect environment to dive into the transformative world of sound and to connect more deeply with yourself.
During the course, you will be provided with a private accommodation in the campus at Bali Yoga School in Ubud. The school is surrounded by beautiful rice fields and so much nature, and it will give you a tranquil, rejuvenating, home away from home experience.
There are four open-air yoga shalas, with yoga mats, a variety of props, and projectors. The yoga shalas are well maintained to keep the cleanliness and hygiene. There is also a fridge in the common area for everyone to use freely.
There is a big swimming pool and a garden area to hang around during your free time. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the campus including your own room. The campus has spacious outside common areas, and complementary filtered water server is equipped. Bali Yoga School also has a spa where you can get a variety of treatments in your free time.
The accommodations are equipped with A/C, and have an attached shower room with hot water available for 24 hours, with a Western style toilet facility. Bali Yoga School will provide you the bed sheets and pillows, blanket, bath towels, and a closet is in the rooms.
This sound healing course is thoughtfully crafted to guide you through the therapeutic use of sound, using instruments like Tibetan singing bowl, gongs, ocean drum, happy drum, rain sticks, and your own voice. You’ll learn how to use the instruments to heal target parts of the body or emotions, and even chakras.
Sound healing vibrations positively affects physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Whether you are new to sound healing or wish to deepen your existing practice, this course will give you more than a foundation level of the world of sound healing.
Their dedicated teachers will be with you every step of the way, sharing their expertise and insights through both practical and theoretical sessions. You will dive into the science behind sound healing, understanding its effects on the body and mind, and discover techniques to use sound as a powerful healing modality for yourself and others.

Yogi Himanshu Ji is the founder of Bali Yoga School. Himanshu Ji is one of the most accomplished yogis of the 21st century. He is a very simple man, and who lives with basic needs. His life aims to educate people in yoga sciences because like many other accomplished yogis, the wisdom he acquired through yoga sadhana, he considers himself a man selected by the supreme being to spread yoga wisdom in the world. He is currently pursuing a master's in yoga sciences.
Yogini Shanti is an experienced yoga teacher, and she has been teaching for years and teaches meditation, yoga philosophy, and pranayama and has completed various yoga courses which include a 500-hour yoga teacher training, a master in yoga, meditation course, and a yoga philosophy course from Bali Yoga School and Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana Higher Educational Institution in Bengaluru, India.
As she was brought up in a Hindu family, yoga has always been in Yogini Idatrini's lifestyle since her childhood. She has been teaching various types of yoga classes since 2016, based on traditional Hatha teaching. She is certified for Hatha Vinyasa yoga, Prenatal yoga, Chakra yoga, Yin yoga, Antigravity yoga, Yoga Nidra, and as a Reiki Master. She is certified for Reiki Chakra Healing, Reiki Crystal Healing and Sound Healing. She is a passionate learner and currently learning Tantra, Balinese Usadha, Balinese ancient script in an Hindu tradition, and loves sharing her wisdoms with others.
Yogini Chiara's great passion is the fluidity and freedom of Vinyasa yoga and her classes are full of new discoveries for students. As her personal practice, she also explores other disciplines always linked to movement and martial arts, Capoeira, Muay Thai as well as Dancing. She recently achieved level 1 of Animal Flow, a free body movement workout. Her knowledges on many subjects regarding nature, natural therapies, and anything connected with wellness for the body, mind and soul.
The campus is located in Ubud, the heart of Bali. It is surrounded by palm trees and rice fields nearby the center of Ubud, yet away from the city noise. Located in a very peaceful location, and you get a complete home feeling. Just a short 10 minutes walking distance to Ubud market, cafes, temples, waterfalls, and also the beach is just a drive away from the school.
Food is an important element and life-giving energy to the human body. The quality and types of food impact your physical and mental well-being. From a yogic perspective, food is much more than just a nutrition to the physical body.
As a full-fledged yogic practice demands a proper supplementation of the body with nutrients, the energetic aspect of nutrition is also to be taken into consideration while determining your choice of diet.
Have you ever observed the impact that your food intake has been having upon your practice of yoga? The concept of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, enlightens you on the impact of different foods on your overall physical, spiritual and mental well-being.
As per Ayurveda, “Sattva” denotes purity in quality of the self-control and spiritual well-being as apparent in the form of intelligence, virtue, awareness and happiness. Thus foods that are sattvic, promote purity in terms of both mind and body. They help nurture the mind, and make it clear, filled with compassion and keeps calm.
A sattvic diet aids in sharpening your intellect. According to the Bhagavad-Gita, the sattvic diet is said to be light and easy–to–digest. Being enriched with prana or purity, it fosters positive thoughts and satisfaction of the mind. Following such a diet can keep you alert, refreshed and peaceful.
Following the teachings of Ayurveda, the students are provided with tasty vegan meals 3 times a day for the duration of the course. Your food is prepared very hygienically with love by the experienced and lovely kitchen team members. The meals are unlimited buffet style. They provide food with all of the various vegetarian dishes appropriate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
