Awakening to nature and wellbeing retreat has been created with the intention to offer what humans may need the most: realizing the true nature of one's Self, finding inner balance, grounding within it, and reconnecting to Mother Earth.

Learning how to reconnect with thyself, with nature around us as well as how to deepen and expand awareness.

​​Nature connection practices, such as hiking and forest therapy, are pathways that allow one to return to a basis of health and happiness. While exploring the outside environment, we can reconnect with our inner world.

By including movement and yoga, meditation, and breathing practices in this journey, we offer the opportunity to explore deeper realms of inner reality which will open the doors to self-compassion, kindness, and love. By enjoying these practices daily in a pristine alpine environment, true mental and physical detox will take place. You will learn to truly take care of yourself and expand the experience back home, nourishing the connection you’ve built.

Activities during retreat

  • Explore the 5 elements through activities in nature and yoga practice
  • Mountain therapy - a mindful way of hiking and connecting with your senses (ruta is the only guide doing this in Switzerland)
  • Hiking (all levels, suitable for beginners): waterfall, hike like locals, alpine river

  • Guided meditations

  • Sacred traditions practices: text reading, sharing circles, fire ceremony
  • Time for yourself
  • Spa time: sauna and outdoor jacuzzi

You will hike to the waterfall and alpine rivers as well as local village.

The retreat will take place in Château-d'Oex, Vaud, Switzerland. You will stay in an authentic Swiss chalet located in a pristine and wild Chateau D'oex- Gstaad Valley, a place still full of traditions and original lifestyle. Chalet is surrounded by the mountains and forest of the gorgeous Pays d'Enhaut region. This valley is reachable by public transport (gorgeous belle epoque train) and it is one hour and 40 minutes drive from Geneva and two hours and 50 minutes drive from Zurich.

On a day when you might not feel like hiking, you may just relax on a long comfy chair and keep watching it. This is what the Swiss do when they do not feel like hiking. Immerse into Swiss life while staying in this beautiful jewel chalet which has full comfort, the charm of 200 years, and even a private spa.

Donata retreat chef creates food with love & passion. She is a nature lover and gets her main inspiration to cook from nature - using natural products. Aesthetics of food is part of her style, she spoils multiple senses of the one who tastes her food.

​You will eat healthy & natural food prepared by Donata. Allow your body to energize with seasonal & local goodness. Find joy in eating the rainbow on your plate and feel yourself becoming more grounded and feeling comfortable in your own skin The outcome is always delicious, creative, and healthy dishes.

Local public transport - easy to access. Be Outside Coaching will pick you up from the train station.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
