Virtual Mindfulness Course

This strengthening mindfulness online course is training for living with presence and joy. Intended for people who have previously taken an introductory mindfulness course, this series deepens the practice of mindfulness, highlights shifts in our experiences as the pandemic subsides, and leads to profound understandings of the mind.

Pre-application requirements

This course is intended for people who have previously taken an introductory mindfulness course.

How the course works

There will be 6 live sessions over 7 weeks that you need to attend. Each week has a different topic. The live session will last for 1.5 hours each.

Timing of sessions (PDT/GMT-7)

The live session will take place at 5:30-7:00 p.m. on these days:

  • June 14 - A Fresh Start with a More Mindful Life with Kim
  • June 21 - Spiritual Growth through Mindful Speech with Shaila
  • June 28 - Awareness of Death as a Spiritual Practice with Kim
  • July 12 - Abandoning Worry, Anxiety, and Self-sabotaging Thoughts with Shaila
  • July 19 - Wise Perspectives for Finding Balance in Everyday Life with Kim
  • July 26 - Enhancing Joy Through Mindful Presence with Shaila

All times are based on PDT/GMT-7. The Zoom link will be provided after you are registered.

Course information

This series deepens the practice of mindfulness, highlights shifts in our experiences as the pandemic subsides, and leads to profound understandings of the mind. Emphasis is placed on integrating the practice with daily life situations, supported by ongoing daily meditation practice. Mindfulness training is a practical tool that can foster wisdom in any activity, reduce conflict, and produce liberating insights.

This mindfulness course is held online. Bodhi Retreats and Courses is based in Menlo Park, California, the USA (PDT/GMT-7) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate in from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
