Enjoy your time in one of the most popular residential boot camps in the UK! The Body Fit Camp is an all-encompassing health plan to stimulate and create a fitter, happier you. The friendly team of instructors will be with you from 7:30 am each day to start your experience, while all meals and snacks, expertly created by the brigade of chefs, will ensure you have the appropriate balance of vitamins and minerals. This Bootcamp has been so meticulously planned, enabling those participating to discover new techniques, get fitter and have great fun, at such a reasonable price. The traditional style bedrooms at The Queens Hotel have been decorated with a warm and cozy feel giving you a home from home experience. The hotel prides itself on its spacious rooms and high level of cleanliness offering you a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel is undergoing a large refurbishment programme means many of the rooms have been modernized and the majority of the en-suite bathrooms have been updated, maintained or totally refurbished. Every room has its own en-suite and the hotel can also offer a bedroom with a wet room facility for the guests with mobility needs which will leave you feeling completely revitalized.

The hotel offers a large selection of rooms from the standard doubles, many of which have their own balconies, to more contemporary superior rooms ideal for those who are after something a little bit more special. It also has luxurious deluxe suites offering you your own private lounge area and soft bathrobes. Every room comes fully equipped with its own tea and coffee making facilities, television, toiletries, and hairdryer. Room service is offered 24 hours a day.

Instructors

Mo Kargbo
Mo is two-time world, European and British kickboxing champion. Whether you’re just starting out, want to get in shape or you're looking to be a competitive fighter, Mo can help you reach your goals. To add to Mo’s successful career in kickboxing comes over 10 years experience as a qualified personal trainer where he has helped thousands of clients achieve their goals.
Julie House
Julie is fully trained in Zumba and dance and has been teaching her own classes in Bournemouth for the past few years. Julie also takes the Aqua classes in our indoor pool, which are always a good end to a hard days workout!
Joy
Joy is a passionate and motivated yoga instructor specializing in Ashtanga techniques. Joy has been learning concepts of yogic philosophy as well as asana practice. Joy’s teaching engages the integral aspects of yoga in both a physical and spiritual aspect. From the roots of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, Joy’s teachings spread through different styles including Vinyasa flow, gentle flow and yoga basic.
Lucy Blenkinsopp
Lucy is a yoga teacher and teaches both hot and cold Yin and Yang yoga. She is also a Wellness Coach and Mindfulness teacher. Mindfulness is a great tool to have in your life for stress management, weight loss, anxiety, scattered mind etc. It is a strategic simple practice, but not always easy. Lucy loves to bring mindfulness into her yoga classes, her coaching and also into everyday life. She will show you how!
Sue Bruce-Burgess
Sue has worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years as a qualified instructor, personal trainer and a lecturer in exercise and fitness. She is also qualified in GP referrals, Circuits, Meta fit, P90X, PIYO, Boxercise, Spinning, Aqua, Pilates, Kids Fitness, Older Adults Fitness, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Studio Resistance and Walking. Sue has been an insanity instructor for over two years and uses it for her own training, as well as competing in Tough Mudders and Spartan Races. You may recognize Sue as she was once a contestant on Gladiators; her mantra is “have ago or you will never know".
