How the retreat works
The first half of the class starts with breathing exercises, the importance of breath, how to breathe correctly, and what are their benefits on you. In this three-day workshop, you will practice breathing ways that help rebalance the body and cleanse it, energetically.
This is followed by yoga – Dynamic Hatha Yoga - the movements help make the body flexible and strong; very good for releasing old stuck energies, and helps the body re-align.
Two days of Hatha yoga followed by Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. The last half concludes with meditation, understanding the mind, how it works, focusing your thoughts more on what you want, and strengthening the mind.

The retreat happens every Thursday to Saturday at 11.30 a.m. (IST/GMT+5:30).
Thursday: Pranayama, Hatha yoga, meditation
Friday: Pranayama, Hatha yoga, meditation
Saturday: Pranayama, Kundalini yoga, meditation

Learn meditations to help clear out the unwanted and draw in more of what you need. Enhance your focus and magnetic energies. Build up a more positive self. Let go of the past which no longer serves you.
Sunita is a holistic yoga teacher who teaches a Tantric form of Hatha Yoga, which is therapeutic by nature. It works on energy fields and, as everyone knows, everything is energy. Sunita learnt yoga in the 90’s from Swami Dhirendra Brahmachaari who taught a dynamic form of Yoga known as the Yoga of the Subtle body. Sunita is indebted to him for the beautiful yoga he taught and considers him as the supreme teacher of Yoga. She lives and works from Goa in the winters and the Himalayas in the summers.
This retreat is held online. Bohemian Getaways is based in Canacona, India (IST/GMT+5:30) and they will live-stream the sessions via Zoom, which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
