What Is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a 6,000-year-old, traditional science from India, the ancient knowledge of healthy lifestyle and longevity. It interprets body-soul-spirit as a unit on a holistic basis and doing so it is a very different approach from the Western allopathic medical methodology of treating symptoms and often causing unwanted side effects. How the cure works
After a consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, they will propose a personal therapy program. They have an extraordinary stock of Indian herbs and therapy ingredients; several medicinal products are only available in Europe in the retreat house.
In the first half of the cure, they prepare the body, in the second half special cleansing procedures take place to support outstanding, long-lasting results. The techniques learned in the house can lead to a long-term, complete lifestyle change, depending on how much you will implement from the knowledge and practice in the future in your daily routine.

The all-in Ayurveda treatment package includes all the therapies and supplements needed to achieve your treatment goals, regardless of raw material or other costs. The deposited toxins are not only mobilized but also cleaned out of the body.

Typical Daily Program
- 07:00 - 07:45 – Pranayama breathing and yoga exercises
- 08:00 - 08:30 – Breakfast
- 09:00 – 120 minutes of treatment according to individual therapy plan 60 minutes of yoga
- 13:00 – Lunch
- 14:00 – 90 minutes of individual therapy 60 minutes of meditation/yoga
- 17:30 -18:00 – Dinner
