Daily Brazilian Jiu Jitsu group training classes are held at 6:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 18:10 p.m. and 19:30 p.m. There is an open mat on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. You can train every day during your stay as many times as you want.
