As the years pass by like water, you need to stop and look at 'what are you doing for yourself'. It is time to review how many of the promises you made to yourself last year you completed and how much-unfinished work you left. Remember, this world exists 'if you exist'. The more balanced you are, the more joy, pleasure, and enthusiasm you will catch and the more you will be able to flow with life.
In the four days, you will spend alone with yourself in silence; you will connect with your inner child by facing your masks, doing yoga, meditation, pranayama techniques, Satsangs, Karma yoga, and volunteer work. You will also experience how your eating habits affect your body with the vegetarian meals Cigdem Sari Fraser will offer and you will be able to introduce new eating habits into your life. You will be in silence for four days.
What you will gain
At the end of these four days, all the work you do:
- Guides you to find yourself, who you are
- Supports you to find your purpose in life
- Increases your life energy on a physical level and strengthens your immune system, muscles, and entire body
- Eliminates negative thoughts and limits on a mental level, increases concentration, allows you to see life from a higher level of awareness, and broadens your vision
- Allows you to find the happiness and satisfaction of finding yourself on a spiritual level
- Brings quality to every level in your life and increases your potential. In other words, it allows you to return to that free, fearless, curious, enthusiastic, and joyful state of your childhood.
How you will win
- By recognizing your masks
- By facing your fears
- By bringing awareness to the body with yoga practices
- By feeling and providing the pranic energy flow with Pranayama breathing techniques
- By balancing male and female energies with dance sessions
- By recognizing the chakras
- With chakra meditation
- By discovering the effect of nutrition on the body, correct nutrition methods
- Most importantly, by being alone with yourself in nature and listening to your inner voice
All these Vipassana camp studies take you to a point: “Who are you, are you who you really are?”
You can get rid of the traumas and psychological and depressive states you have experienced until you reach your age if you want to. Wanting, really wanting is a part of standing firm and taking a step with courage. Therefore, no matter which program you attend, no matter where you go, no change will come and find you unless you want something inside you. Maybe that is why no matter what you do, it does not work and you cannot find a solution anywhere, maybe you are not even aware that you are looking for it.
For this reason, you are stronger together, all together with courage and hand in hand, to feel and believe that you are not alone no matter what happens. Cigdem Sari Fraser has prepared a program where each person can discover themselves, achieve physical, mental, and emotional integrity, and reveal their true potential. This road is long. Why not start right where you are now?

Note
Since you will turn inward and discover yourself in Mauna, that is, silence, you will take breaks from talking, looking at each other's eyes, using mobile phones, and reading books throughout the camp. You will expand your capacity by taking plenty of breaths and opening your energy and magnetic fields. Naturally, emotions, experiences, and life lessons will flow. You will need a notebook and pen a lot, they recommend that you bring them. Smoking and coffee are not allowed in the center. Remember that you are not coming here to continue the lifestyle you are accustomed to, but to break your habits, transform and renew.
The center is located in the valley. It can be windy and cold, especially in the early morning and evening hours. You may want to meditate on the rocks outside, take walks, and spend time alone in nature. It is incredibly enjoyable to watch the stars, especially at night. Since you are in the middle of the forest, the stars are usually visible. In this enjoyable state, it is not a problem to get a little cold. Wishing you a camp where you will open yourself to sharing whatever is happening with nature; to leaving it to the sky, the stars, the trees, the earth, and the universe and trusting it.
