Set in a 200-year-old house in the center of a traditional wine-making village, Cinq & Sept's gay guesthouse resort's suites are full of charming, original features - such as stunning encaustic tiles from the 1920s, old wood beams, and stone walls. Each suite has its own modern kitchen, so you can invite other guests for dinner! All have ensuite shower rooms, air-conditioning, and super-king-sized beds.

Montpellier Suite

The Montpellier Suite is the largest (84m2) and most luxurious suite - developed for two couples or two singles to share, as it has two separate bedrooms on the second floor each with its own shower, sink and loo. The ground floor is open-plan with a large fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, with high ceilings and large windows that open out onto a small balcony that gets sun in the morning.

Garden Suites

On the garden level close to the pool, each with its own private terrace for al fresco dinners and drinks.

  • Pézenas Suite: The Pézenas Suite is one of the Garden Suites, and at 54m2 is the largest 2-person suite on the property. Very high ceilings and tall French windows make it light and airy. The bedroom and ensuite shower room are on a mezzanine floor, and below that is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a large sitting area, which opens out onto a private terrace (with a dining table and armchairs) overlooking the garden.
  • Neffiès Suite: The Neffiès Suite has its own private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The suite has original stone walls and columns, wood beams and old 'parefeuille' tiles. Open-plan with a large window overlooking the garden, the suite comprises a sleeping area and sitting area with a separate kitchen and ensuite shower room.

Terrace Suites

Smaller suites on the first floor, each with their own private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

  • Chapel Suite: The Chapel Suite was once the old chapel of the property, and has a spectacular vaulted ceiling. The suite is open-plan with a sleeping area, armchairs and table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The Chapel Suite has its own small and very sunny private terrace that looks down directly onto the pool and garden.
  • Fontès Suite: The Fontés Suite is on the first floor and is 24m2. It has its own private terrace (8m2) overlooking the garden and pool, which has a sofa and dining table - perfect for 'al fresco' meals. Inside, the suite features original 'encaustic' tiles from the 1920s. The suite also has its own ensuite shower room.

Mansion Suites

Suites on the first and second floor of the guesthouse (some with lovely views) that don't have a private terrace.

  • Tourbes Suite: The Tourbes Suite at 43m2 is the largest Mansion Suite and is on the first floor of the property, with a separate sitting-room-bedroom and kitchen-dining room. The suite features stunning 'encaustic' tiles from the 1920s, a fireplace, high ceilings, and an ensuite shower room with a large '6-man' shower ;-)
  • Caux Suite: Caux Suite is one of the hotel's 'Mansion Suites', on the 2nd floor of the property and measures 34m2, with fantastic views over the garden, pool and the valley beyond. The Caux Suite features beautiful original 'encaustic' tiles and is particularly airy and light. The suite is open-plan, with a sleeping area, lounge area, dining table, fully-equipped kitchen and ensuite shower room.
  • Gabian Suite: Gabian Suite is one of the 'Mansion Suites' on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It offers two different views - one of the garden, pool and surrounding countryside, and one of the village's medieval church. The suite is 33m2 with a semi-separate bedroom, kitchen-dining-sitting area, ensuite shower room, and gorgeous 'encaustic' tiled floors throughout.
  • Alignan Suite: The Alignan Suite is on the 2nd floor of the house with views of the village. The suite is 37m2 and divided into two main rooms - a kitchen-dining-sitting room and a bedroom with ensuite shower room. Like many of the suites, the Alignan Suite features original 'encaustic' tiles from the 1920s, traditional wooden shutters and original wood beams. The kitchen is fully equipped - so you can make the most of the region's fresh produce and cook some delicious meals!
  • Roujan Suite: The Roujan Suite is on the first floor of the property, and measures 31m2 and comprises a king-size bed, sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and ensuite shower room. The suite is open-plan with high ceilings that feature original wood beams. The wooden floor was reclaimed from a château, and tall French windows look out onto the village. The Roujan Suite is about 3 meters from the first floor terrace, where you can sit and admire the view over the garden.

Features

The Pool

The gay resort's 6x10m clothing-optional pool is the perfect place to unwind and work on the perfect tan. Stay cool on one of the lilos, or read and enjoy a glass of wine on the floating beanbags. The pool is lit at night for those magical midnight dips, and heated from May to the end of October.

Jacuzzi

Close to the pool and bar, the jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax aching muscles while chatting with other guests and sipping on a chilled drink. The 8-man hot tub features plenty of massaging jets and softly curved seating to maximize comfort. The jacuzzi is especially popular during the 'Escape Season' (Oct-May) - the perfect place to warm up on cool days or to relax your body after a massage.
