Seamist is a very large, luxurious house just above Watergate Bay, completed and furnished in March 2016 and ideal for families sharing. Striking contemporary design and a remarkable sense of light create a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two living rooms, and a generous and secluded garden mean that there is a wonderful feeling of space. Children will love the television den, the games room, and the easy access to Watergate Bay.

There are seven spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms and seven gorgeous bathrooms plus one bunk bedroom. Two of the bedrooms (including the bunk-bed room) and one bathroom are on the ground floor making it ideal for a family with small children.

Program
Coastal Fitness Retreats was established in 2019 by David Hoyland. After running a successful group exercise and personal training business in Poole, Dorset for the past seven years, he decided it was time to target people from further afield. This is where Coastal Fitness Retreats was born. People from all over will now have the opportunity to stay and play with them for three nights at a time.
You will take part in three to four fun and varied workouts per day including the likes of their famous beach boot camps, their unique ‘fighter fit’ class, topped off with a relaxing yoga session. As well as this, you will also get to enjoy stunning locations even more by partaking in water sports like paddle-boarding, kayaking, and even surfing at the Cornwall retreat. Watersports and outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and availability.
Each retreat comes with top sleeping accommodation set in beautiful chalet style homes with incredible rest and relaxation time on offer as well as the best food prepared daily by the on-site gourmet chef, finished with unbeatable social benefits. All fitness levels are welcome at the retreat and they also run a bespoke service where they can arrange the perfect retreat just for you and your friends, family, or even staff.

After spending over 10 years training people of all different ages and abilities in Poole, Dorset, Dave has decided to help people from further afield by giving them the opportunity to come and stay and exercise with him in some of the most stunning locations in the South West leaving them with as much knowledge as possible when returning to everyday life. Interests: weight training, football, boxing, running, chilling out in front of a good movie, and spending quality time with his very young family and lovely wife.
Location
The camp will take place in Newquay, Cornwall, United Kingdom. Seamist is located in Tregurrian a small, peaceful village above Watergate Bay. Watergate Bay is one of Cornwall's most contemporary destinations, with exceptional facilities including the Extreme Academy which offers a great range of adrenaline sports, great lifestyle shopping, and the legendary beach hut.
With two miles of golden, wave-lashed sands flanked by cliffs flecked with sea pinks and gorse, it is little wonder that surfers, dog walkers, and beach lovers flock here for the fusion of wild scenery, rolling waves, and beachside restaurants. A true haven on the edge of the UK's surfing capital, Watergate Bay was once a hot spot for dedicated surfers awaiting the Atlantic swells. But in recent years, it is stepped up to cater to the well-heeled surf gang, who can hit the waves and return to the creature comforts of swanky beachside accommodation and dine in some of the region's foodie hotspots.
View Watergate Bay in all its glory when you walk from neighboring Porth beach. Fuel up on coffee and deck yourself out in the latest coastal style at Roo's Beach, then strike out along the rugged promontory of Porth Island where you can find the remains of an Iron Age castle and witness the sea spraying from the blowhole at mid-tide.

In the final evening, a three-course meal is included at the stunning Watergate Bay Hotel. Meal plans have been written by professional athlete dietitian, Alex Nolan. Coastal Fitness Retreats caters to everyone from vegetarians to vegans including gluten-free and high-calorie plans to give you as much energy as possible to get you through those workouts. Alcohol is not included but you are welcome to a glass of wine in the evenings should you wish to bring your own.
