Jon Unal is the founder of Conscious Beginnings, a company that supports organizations with wellbeing, emotional intelligence, performance, and engagement through evidence-based mindfulness training. He is also an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of the leading mindfulness training organziations in Australia and New Zealand. He has been on personal development journey since then: completing graduate qualifications in applied psychotherapy and counselling, training in various modalities such as ACT, mindfulness, and neuroscience.
This course is held online. Conscious Beginnings Coaching & Mindfulness Training is based in Queensland, Australia (AEST, GMT+10). Course will be interactive, live, private, and you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
