Program
Day 1: Jaipur
Arrive in Pink City Jaipur, This colorful city is enriched with royal traditions and cultures. Meet your Royal Enfield and ride for lunch at the century-old lodge nestled in Aravali hills. Stay in the elegant Narain Niwas Palace with exquisite peacock gardens.
Day 2: Jaipur - Pushkar, 170 kilometers / 106 miles
- Riding time: 4-5 hours
Pushkar is one of the holiest cities in India. The only Brahma Temple in the world stands by the magnificent Holy Lake. Ride through the country roads witnessing the beautiful village life filled with exquisite colors and cultures. Enjoy the sunset at Lake Pushkar and try your hands on Nagadas (traditional drums).
Day 3: Pushkar - Khimsar, 180 kilometers / 112 miles
- Riding time: 4-5 hours
Khimsar is surrounded by the Thar desert. The desert stretches as far as the eye can see. It seems as if the whole town is buried under a layer of golden sand. This Beautiful small village gives a great view of the Thar Desert, Enjoy the Rajasthani Hospitality by staying in the beautiful Khimsar fort.
Day 4: Khimsar - Jodhpur, 90 kilometers / 56 miles

Enjoy the vibrant town of Jodhpur, Rich in culture and heritage, Jodhpur is a phenomenal example of how the Kings and Maharajas lived their lives in the past. Beautiful palaces and forts all around to take your breath away. It's called the Blue City of Rajasthan and has beautiful views to offer.
Day 5: Jodhpur - Jaisalmer, 280 kilometers / 174 miles
- Riding time: 5-6 hours
Jaisalmer is the most magical spot in the Thar Desert offering some beautiful views of the barren lands of Rajasthan. The magnificent Jaisalmer Fort stands in the middle of the Thar Desert with fabulous views and architecture. Dine at Gypsy Musician’s House with a live music performance.
Day 6: Jaisalmer - Sam Dunes, 60 kilometers / 37 miles
- Riding time: 1 hour
Visit one of the remote villages in the desert and meet the local musician community of Rajasthan. This part of Rajasthan has lots of Gypsy Musicians around and is a perfect blend of the music and culture of the state. Participate in the music learning workshops. Spend the night in Desert Camp with live music and a cultural dance program with a bonfire.
Day 7: Jaisalmer - Bikaner, 390 kilometers / 242 miles
- Riding time: 7 hours
Bikaner is a vibrant, dust-swirling desert town with a fabulous fort and an energizing outpost feel. This place amazes with the history, culture, and beauty it boasts of. Even the colorful attires of people alongside the roads are enough to bring joy and delight. It's the world’s best place for riding camels, this calm city is at the heart of the Thar Desert.
Day 8: Bikaner
Bikaner is a vibrant, dust-swirling desert town with a fabulous fort and an energizing outpost feel. This place amazes with the history, culture, and beauty it boasts of. Even the colorful attires of people alongside the roads are enough to bring joy and delight. It's the world’s best place for riding camels, this calm city is at the heart of the Thar Desert.
Day 9: Bikaner - Alsisar, 280 kilometers / 173 miles
- Riding time: 6-7 hours
Reach your final destination Alsisar. Alsisar a small village situated in the lands of the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan offers some beautiful colors and cultures of Rajasthan with the rich heritage surrounding it. Stay in the 400-year-old Alsisar Palace. Enjoy the Shekhawati hospitality in the barren lands of Rajasthan.
Day 10: Jaipur Airport
Transfer to the airport by deluxe van.

Hasseb is working as a tour guide since 2009 in Norther India and driving motorcycle since he was 14 years. He has two motorcycle Honda and Royal Enfield 1985. He has driven motorcycle in Nepal, Kerala and Rajasthan in India, Most part of Nordic Countries. He has lived for almost 3 years in Denmark and drove around the country on many occasions. He loves his home state Rajasthan and always excited to show the unseen part of Rajasthan on motorcycle.
Location
The tour starts in Jaipur, the capital, and takes you all the way to the Flat Barren Lands of the Thar Desert in Jaisalmer, the last town on the west border of India.
Pass through the fresco’s of Shekhawati to the mind-blowing architecture of Jodhpur and enjoy the fascinating village life of Rajasthan.
Food
You will be served daily breakfast and dinners during the tour. Contes Asia will try their very hardest to accommodate all dietary requirements, but in some out-of-the-way places, it can be very difficult to guarantee.
They will let you know if there are places on your itinerary where this is the case. Please let Contes Asia know at the time of booking of any food requirements or allergies and they will pass the information on to your leader.
