Itinerary

Arrival Day

Arrive at the hotel in Portland, Oregon by 3:00 pm. (From the airport you can either take a taxi or rideshare to the hotel).

Welcome Reception at the hotel at 6 pm

Dinner at Han Oak. At Han Oak, you will have a tableside interactive experience centered around Korean Gimbap. The menu highlights celebrating Korean culture, mixed with Oregon ingredients.

Portland Food Carts, Pods, and Patios Tour

Enjoy a leisurely morning and be sure to not fill up on too much breakfast.

You will depart the hotel at 11:30 am and walk 20 minutes to our Food Carts, Pods, and Patio Tour. Here we will visit between 5-7 locally run food carts (including two food cart pods and a food hall, plus one brewery), and eat a huge selection of diverse foods. Get up close and personal with food cart owners while eating their dishes, drinking tasty beverages, and exploring Portland’s up-and-coming Eastside. This tour takes place primarily outdoors, and covered seating is available at each stop.

After the food cart tour, we will head back to the hotel for an evening of leisure.

Willamette Valley

Today, you are heading to the wine region. You will depart the hotel at 9:15 am and head out to Willamette Valley for a day of wine tasting. You will stop at four (4) wineries throughout the day with some small bites to enjoy throughout the day.

Stop One: Ponzi Vineyards. Dick and Nancy Ponzi moved their young family to the Willamette Valley in the late 1960s with a spirit of adventure and a passion for making world-class Pinot Noir.

Today, all 130 acres of vineyards are LIVE Certified Sustainable, the world's highest standard for sustainable viticulture and enology. Driven by the concept that the varietal must match the terroir and climate, Ponzi Vineyards continues to set the bar for Oregon and remains at the forefront of the nation's top wine producers.

Stop Two: TBD

Stop Three: Suzor Wines. Suzor Wines are born from simple goals. Thinking in shape and texture. Practicing low intervention winemaking. Committing to the sustainability of the land. Capturing a sense of place. Producing evocative, layered, and vibrant wines. Dreaming of a wine farm.

Suzor works with quality-conscious growers that are committed to sustainability. The vineyards they source from do not incorporate the use of synthetic herbicides or pesticides in their farming practices.

Here, you will have dinner while tasting the fabulous wines.
