Suites in the Suite Dreams Inn by the Beach are uniquely designed and laid out, making it the perfect place for small groups without feeling crowded, or feeling like you are all alone. For this event, there will be healthy surprises in each guests room and suite.

All rooms are suites - some are private and some are meant for 2 to 3 people. Each suite has its own separate entrance.

Each day will include a variety of activities with down time built in.


CU Fitness want this to be a stress free retreat experience for you so you can get the break to recharge like you desire and you deserve. Key West is a high tourist area and there is an abundance of activity going on nearly all the time.

The property is secluded on the outside edge of the tourist attractions to give you proximity to shopping and attractions but some distance from the noise and activity to give you privacy and calm too.

These retreat experiences are a deep look into what self-care can look like for you, and in order for you to get the best results, It is best for you to be committed to participating. If you wish to stay and experience more activity, extending your stay is recommended.

It is also recommended that you are cleared for activity by a doctor or health care provider. Be advised that some activities may not be ones you wish to participate in for the above reasons. CU Fitness do not require you to participate in all activities if you do not wish to - you are always welcome to stay back at the property to relax on your own.

CU Fitness do expect you to be fully aware that participating in any activity involves minimal risk and that you be aware of your own physical limitations. You will never be advised to do an activity if you are not comfortable, and CU Fitness assumes no risk for your participation. CU Fitness are not doctors but they are experienced in lifestyle change and will help you make the most informed choice for you.

Key West is a place where you can literally hit the real reset button and start new. It is a beautiful tropical ‘happy spot’ and makes for the perfect venue for this event!

Suite Dreams Inn by the Beach

A family owned and operated guest house, Suite Dreams Inn is tucked away from the noise and nightlife of the touristy areas of Key West. Quiet and inviting, the inn provides a true Key West experience of tropical surroundings. Closely located to many popular attractions, the beach is literally a block away from their doors, and Duval Street is just a short walk or bike ride away (bikes are also on property).

Breakfast and lunch are provided each day, along with a variety of snacks and bottled water. Food will be a variety of options with special dietary needs taken into consideration. Please let CU Fitness know when you make your reservation, they are also happy to answer questions.

Dinner will be on your own in the evenings, you will be very close to a variety of restaurant options.

Key West has a variety of offerings and lots of cultural and tourist attractions. Your accommodation is within walking distance to many locations. The Butterfly Conservatory, Higgs Beach, Fort Zachary Park, Mallory Square, shopping, and numerous restaurants are close by, as well as local tours and other group activities if you wish to book yourself.

If you wish to add additional activities and excursions, CU Fitness can help give you information on what that can look like for you. If you need ideas for your downtime or plan to extend your stay in Key West, they can help with your questions.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Key West International Airport (EYW). This airport is very close to property, take a taxi or use Uber or Lyft - it is about a 5-minute ride. You can also rent a car and drive from the mainland.

Other airports to look at travel to and from include Palm Beach, Tampa/St Petersburg, or even points further north.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
