Sanjeevani Kriya
Sanjeevani Kriya is the ultimate way to explore your hidden and highest potential as a human being to create the life you want and deserve. It is an integrated, intuitive form of breathwork combined with a very powerful ancient mantra. It works on the deepest levels of human consciousness. It enables you to access old memories that could not be completely digested and integrated.
Mantra-based consciousness, connected breathing in a state of deep relaxation floods the body with the life force and can be used to resolve these old memories and deep blockages from bodily systems and release negative experiences and traumas from your cellular memory. Through Sanjeevani Kriya negative behavior patterns and recurring negative emotions can be changed and transformed. It also enhances life force energy and oxygen level in the body which induces a deep relaxation to manifest new things in your life.
It naturally induces a spiritual experience and a state of altered consciousness which ultimately leads to the experience of the self as the divine of all that is present. The experience is physical, emotional, and spiritual and can go along with the state of pure ecstasy and bliss. Sanjeevani Kriya is Kundalini’s awakening and Tantric technique in a sense it is working with your life force and cleaning the pathways of Kundalini awakening in your system.
