Following generic live Instagram workouts, unfortunately, is not enough when it comes to wanting to make real changes in your body. Dan makes it personal and works alongside you, encouraging and motivating you all the way, making sure everything, from your exercise technique to your daily habits and nutrition, are all covered.

All of Dan's one-on-one body plans are made totally bespoke to you and are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and designed specifically with the over 40s body in mind. You do not need experience nor do you need to already be fit, that's Dan's job to get you there!

Over the years, Dan has looked after many well-known VIPs and celebrities in fashion, music, and media and had also accomplished a successful career of his own as a music producer and DJ signed to a major record label. Dan was also assigned as Kate Moss's personal trainer, helping her look her best.
