Daily itinerary
Day 1 - May 28th
Arrive.
Day 2 - May 29th: Testing, training, and learning
An energizing day that includes fitness testing to assess your current level, a group gym session, and a goal-setting and vision workshop. The day will conclude with a relaxing group dinner in Luz, where you can enjoy delicious food and bond with the group in a beautiful setting.
Day 3 - May 30th: Fitness, education, and culinary fun
An early start with lots to learn! The day begins with a warm breakfast before you get into the first nutrition session which will help you understand the key aspects of your nutrition and performance nutrition. The afternoon will be about some hard work in the gym before something more dynamic and fun on the beach.
Day 4 - May 31st: Workshops, beach session, and group dinner
The day includes more insightful workshops to further your growth, followed by a fun beach session that combines fitness with social connection. To round off an incredible few days, you will enjoy a memorable group dinner out, celebrating the progress and bonds formed throughout the retreat.
