Do exercise kayaking on Itaya river, one of the tributary rivers that feed to the Amazon River. Participants should have a good health condition, from ages 18-60 maximum, and wear life jackets. There will be a boat to guide and watch in case of emergencies.

Note
The Iquinatour agency recommends that for the kayaking tour, the participant has a rain jacket, tennis shoes, a backpack, and bottled water. Keep in mind that it is an adventure sport, and people who are not so elite or weak are not recommended. Healthy people who can withstand medium distances and accept the weather conditions, especially the rain in Iquitos are recommended.
