A daily schedule of yoga and winter sports exercises will have you heading home with an elite body and a relaxed mind.
Retreat to a winter paradise full of fun and laughter on the slopes, rejuvenating massages and hot springs, ski sessions, scrumptious meals, and the backcountry culture.
On the first day, Alenka Mali will get everyone together, and open a retreat with a group dinner, once everyone is settled in. It will give you a chance to go over the itinerary and the next few days of riding.
You will spend the next 6 days enjoying powder, yoga sessions and diving deep into your mountainous self.
This retreat has very limited spaces, as it only accommodates a small group of women on each retreat. Reserve your place today to avoid disappointment!
Self-reliance + huge terrain = Sweet rewards.
Earn your turns! Hike up, find your line, ride down. It’s called ski touring – No lifts, no lines, just pure alpine terrain. With over 9,000 Hectares of mountain wilderness, you are guaranteed to find your own unique, fresh adventure. With local experts and an avalanche refresher at the beginning of the week, they will ensure you stay safe in the backcountry!
They want to choose your days in the backcountry optimally. Some days are better, so the retreat’s schedule is weather-dependent. They can give you a day-to-day plan when you arrive—aiming for at least 3 days in the backcountry and one day of resort riding.
If there’s a day you feel like staying at home and curling up by the fire, with a good book or a cup of tea, you are more than free to do so. A hot bubble bath, to recharge, is never a bad idea!
