Amanda is a dedicated Yoga Teacher (since 2014), Energy Therapist, Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant, ceremonial space holder, and Guardian of Cacao. She is multi-passionate, yet all her work is grounded in her love to be of service and support yoga students, teachers, and seekers on the spiritual path. Her Yoga practice is mainly rooted in traditional tantric hatha yoga, yin yoga, elemental wisdom, and devotion. She continues to be in awe of all that this path has to offer and is here to empower you along your journey - as you are invited to "fill your own cup".
Ashley White
Ashley is multiskilled within his artistic areas of expertise as well as a grounded and safe space holder. He is a certified breathwork facilitator (since 2018), yoga teacher, DJ/sound alchemist, guardian of ceremonial cacao, and digital artist. His passion lies in empowering you along your journey and holding space for ways that allow you to recognize the healer within. The elements and the natural world are a great source of inspiration for Ashley and what he shares as a gateway for inner transformation.
