Ploy Sompornsuksawat
After moving to the paradise of Koh Tao, Ploy began working at a climbing gym, where she met Basiel, her life partner. Her journey of growth then led her to yoga, where she connected with Jaa, her best friend and fellow yoga instructor. Yoga soon became her lifestyle and career, offering endless opportunities to learn and grow alongside others. Thai massage, as her personalized healing tool, allows her to connect deeply with people and continually support their healing process. Basiel Baert
Basiel has always been curious about the body, what one can do with it, and how enjoyable it can be. He explored this through activities like surfing, freediving, trekking, and rock climbing. Climbing stuck with him, as it benefited not only his body but also his mind, focus, and inner peace. Yoga and meditation, which he has discovered through freediving, enhanced these experiences. These benefits led him to practice yoga daily, becoming the teacher that he is now. He'd love to share this journey towards health and happiness with you in Thai paradise.

Sai Daeng Resort is a private world-class resort perched on a peninsula in the Gulf of Thailand. The resort is located on the southern tip of Koh Tao Island in Surat Thani Province, with exclusive views of the iconic Shark Island.

As Koh Tao is a small tropical island, everything is a maximum of 15 minutes apart by scooter / shuttle ride. Koh Tao harbors many bays, each with its own vibes. The most frequented area is Sairee Beach with its many picturesque vending shops, diving schools, bars, restaurants, and iconic sunsets.
The north, west, and south side beaches and bays are known to be more tranquil as the drive is a bit longer. A couple of interesting bays around the resort are: Shark Bay, with resident sea turtles; Aow Leuk, where you can find baby sharks; as well as Tanote Bay and Hing Wong Bay.
