You have the flexibility to enjoy the retreat activities according to your own whims. There will be a fixed program for only three hours per day for the span of 3 work-days. This way you will have the control over the activities you partake within the rest of the retreat days; flow freely in your pace or add-on additional services varying from deepening your practice, spending time in the spa, or captivating sightseeing exploits.

Main components of the Feminine Way:
Individualized Program
This is a unique opportunity. You will get a tailor-made program to practice after the retreat that is based on her own needs and lifestyle.
Yoga Therapy
Each day you will dive into a topic relevant to women and practice a special yoga therapy class offer by Dijan or her hand-picked team under her supervision. The core topics are vitality and rejuvenation, sexual and reproductive health, digestive health, immune system balance, allergies, stress management, hormonal balance, and sleep disorders.
Belly Dance and Creative Movement
Connecting with your sensuality through belly dance and discover the boundaries you set for yourselves through improvisation. You will be using dance as a form of expression and transformation that touches the subconscious parts of your mind in a safe and supported space.
Ayurveda and Yoga
The sister science of yoga focused on health, Ayurveda helps you to understand your own constitution, temperament, and needs. You will be learning the simple ways of adjusting your lifestyle, diet, and yoga practice with great gains return in your life.
