This retreat is offered as a private one-to-one, couple, or small group experience according to your time and availability. Participation in the sessions. The retreat sessions have a certain structure; all sessions build up in a specific direction. Therefore, full attendance is highly recommended. You will have longer breaks so that you can also have some time to enjoy Ubud.

Private teaching
There are three hours of private teaching per day consisting of:
- Private holistic wellness and yoga therapy consultation with Dijan to present you with a personal program
- Meditation and yoga classes by a hand-picked team
- Conversations with Dijan on Ayurveda, holistic health, and wellbeing
Yoga therapy
Each day, you will dive into a topic relevant to the theme of the day and practice a special yoga therapy class. The core topics are vitality and rejuvenation, stress management, sexual and reproductive health, emotional balance, mental clarity, and focus. However, your focus on work is adjusted according to your individual needs. These classes are offered by Dijan or her handpicked team for the retreat under her supervision.
Yogic energy structure and health
Discourses and exercises on the chakra system will provide you with a holistic understanding based on the 5000-year-old science of yoga.
Ayurveda and yoga
The sister science of yoga focused on health, Ayurveda helps you to understand your own constitution, temperament, and needs. You will be learning how simple ways of adjusting your lifestyle, diet, and yoga practice can bring about great gains in your life.
Healing center modalities
Some say the root of all disease is stress. Your process could be supplemented by additional healing modalities to help you destress, rejuvenate, and heal. A one-hour deep tissue massage by an amazing Balinese healer is included in your package. You can add other modalities during your stay for additional fees.
