The main focus of the retreat will be Annie Penny's chakra course, a program dedicated exclusively to the chakras, the seven main energy centers of the body that hold one's life force energy and are the portals between their inner and outer worlds.
On this course, you will focus on one chakra at a time, from the base, then move up your energy system. You will also use visualizations for each chakra to see how they are operating. You will learn grounding, protection, as well as how to clear your energy.
You will also discover how to notice if a specific chakra has an imbalance and the reason it is out of balance, then clear it. Also included in the retreat is a practical Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) workshop wherein Annie will explain the fundamentals of EFT and how to use it to address emotions such as anger, guilt, and sadness, as well as stress.
In addition, the retreat will include Pilates, Qigong, and guided meditation sessions to balance the chakras and promote physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Pilates sessions will also help strengthen the core, while Qigong movements will help balance the chakras by stimulating energy flow in the body through movement, breathwork, and meditation.
At the beginning and end of the day, guests will have the opportunity to participate in morning and evening group meditations by the sea and on Dolphins Leap's stunning ocean-facing terraces.
There will also be plenty of leisure time to relax by their beautiful infinity pool, find a quiet corner beneath the olive trees to read in, dive into the sea off their private diving platform, swim on the secluded sandy beach below the house, or walk along the many coastal pathways that lead from the house.
