This retreat is based on the practices of mindful and heartful yoga as a way of life as a daily practice. This is not only a yoga retreat; about once a week it also includes breathwork, dancing, and systemic constellations as tools for self-listening and alignment with your life purpose. This retreat is designed to leave a deep impression on you, so that it serves as a foundation and springboard for making real and effective changes in your life.
Please be aware the mentioned check-in and check-out times are flexible, they try to adapt them to your need.
On check-out day, the room should be left at 11:00 a.m. but you’re free to stay until the afternoon class (dinner not included).
Please coordinate any customized arrival and departure times with the organizer before booking.
In this retreat, you can choose from a private room, a shared room, or a private double if you're coming with a friend or partner. There are seven rooms, all of which can be booked as double or single.
Shared rooms are of the same sex if possible. If there is no other possibility, you can choose to stay in a mixed gender room or upgrade to a private room.
Please keep in mind that the facilities are those of a rural house and not of a luxury resort.
Please note there are cats on the property.
Heartful Motion (formerly: Be Mindful Yoga) welcomes you to their home, where they practice every day, and offer you the possibility to share our home, practice, and love for it. Heartful Motion adapts the practice to your physical condition and needs. In addition to that, they also offer services to support your personal development on site during your retreat and online after, once you come back home, if you need it.
This is not a flashy, touristy yoga retreat. It is not a mere marketing product but an authentic opportunity to introduce or deepen the use of techniques that can make your life fulfilled, fruitful, and full of love.
The retreat instructions will be offered in English and/or Spanish.
This retreat is neither a holiday resort nor a hotel for spending a few exciting days doing "some" yoga and sightseeing. This is not a place where to disconnect; on the contrary, this is a place to get to know and deepen your emotions, to reconnect and express yourself, and to spend time on inner healing and self-development. If you are not open to exploring yourself deeply, with all our love and respect, we advise you not to come here, as the experience we are going to offer you will not be to your liking.
The Heartful Motion retreat is based on the practice of yoga and meditation as a balanced and healthy way of life, not as a mere isolated practice done several times a week or a month, but as an integral and balanced way of relating with yourself and the environment. They also incorporate systemic constellations, breathwork, inside dance, and psychological counseling / personal development tools into the practice.
The retreat will help you to develop a healthy way of living with the food, daily practice of asanas, meditation, pranayama, the chanting of mantras, dancing, self-work, and above all with the implementation of the attitude of being present in daily life, where it is deeply needed through simple but effective instructions.
The Heartful Motion retreat offers suitable tools through yoga, meditation, and healthy and conscious eating so that you can continue at home, in your daily life, and develop in the way that feels best for you. The desire that moves and touches the team is that when you return home, you continue to dedicate to you a space of time, even if it is small, but quality time every day, having the necessary tools available for you to best "be with yourself" and to accompany you in the way that feels best to you.
Heartful Motion can help you adapt the practice of meditation and yoga to your physical condition and needs. Furthermore, to best support your personal path and healing, they offer you the opportunity to participate in systemic constellations, breathwork, and Inside Dance (1x per week), where you can find clarity and healing for what truly matters to you.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and those who are coming into contact with meditation and yoga for the first time, as well as for those who want to deepen their knowledge and practice, whose practice is more advanced, and/or who feel they are stuck and cannot find a way to move forward. This retreat is not suitable for people who are not interested in deep emotional work.
This retreat can show you the healthy benefits of living a yogi life, a life from your own (heart) centre, the here and now, even and especially in everyday life.
Mindful and Heartful Yoga are practices born from Hatha and Yin Yoga that facilitate a change of direction and life habits, reorienting you back to the essentials, developing a strong, stable, and balanced mind, strengthening your self-esteem, your immune system, your body, and your overall health, and reconnecting you to your most essential and intimate self.
At Heartful Motion (formerly: Be Mindful Yoga), they welcome you to their home, where they live and practice, offering you the possibility to share our practice and love for it. They adapt your meditation and yoga practice to your physical condition and needs. In addition to that, if you need help to establish a daily routine, they also offer services to support your personal development once you come back home.
You can extend the duration of your retreat to max. 10 days. The longer the stay, the cheaper the price per night.
Pure and strict silence during breakfast and dinner is not optional and strict; it is mandatory. In yoga, this practice is called "Antar Mouna" (inner silence).
Once per week, Heartful Motion offers a breathwork or an Inside Dance session instead of the morning or evening yoga class, in case a minimum of six people are participating.
Once per week, Heartful Motion also offers a systemic constellations session instead of morning yoga class in case there is a minimum of 5 participants
You are all connected... with those who came before you... with those who follow you... with your past experiences, the stories you tell yourself...
If you are looking for healing within yourself, connectedness instead of disconnection—be it to a person or a goal, an attitude towards life that you desire for yourself—systemic constellation work offers a pathway. Through it, you can experience clarity and possibly even healing.
In systemic constellations, inner images—conscious or unconscious—are represented by means of persons, so-called representatives. These can change in the direction of healing / solution if the client (the person who wants to work on a certain topic) is truly ready for it and open to what wants to be revealed. What and how exactly this happens can only be experienced, but not cognitively grasped.
Heartful Motion would like to invite you on such an experiential journey. If you like, you can bring up a topic yourself or act as a representative for someone and experience the effect of systemic constellations.
Please let Heartful Motion know if you would like to work on a personal topic at least a week in advance, as there are only two available spots per session to discuss your own topic.
Note: Participation in systemic constellations does not require prior knowledge or acting skills. It only requires your innate human ability to empathically resonate with the beings and emotions of others.
All the non-yoga/meditation activities are contingent upon the presence of Julia & Santi in the house. If one or both of them are absent, it is possible that none or only part of the activities will take place.
Yoga tauchte 2009 ohne Vorwarnung in seinem Leben auf. Er kommt aus einer emotional krampfhaften Vergangenheit, mit verschiedenen Süchten wie Essen, Kaffee, Schokolade, Tabak und anderen Gewohnheiten, die sehr schädlich für seine Gesundheit und sein Gleichgewicht waren. Dank Yoga, Achtsamkeit und gesunder Ernährung gelang es ihm, all diese Lebensumstände allmählich umzukehren. Seine Yoga Ausbildung absolvierte er 9 Monate lang als Freiwilliger in der Sirius-Vereinigung von Caudiel (Castellón). Dabei entstand in ihm der Wunsch, diese Lebensweise auf der Grundlage seiner eigenen Erfahrungen mit anderen zu teilen.
Yoga trat erstmals 2015 in ihr Leben, als sie ihr Leben als Unternehmensberaterin begann, viele Überstunden machte und verschiedene toxische und süchtig machende Verhaltensweisen an den Tag legte. Zunächst erschien es ihr als eine weitere "Sache, die man beherrschen muss", aber sie spürte schnell, dass etwas Neues in ihr auftauchte und sie begann, wirklich in Kontakt mit ihren Gefühlen und ihrem wahren Selbst zu sein. Im Laufe der Jahre absolvierte sie eine Yogalehrer-Ausbildung bei Gyan Yog Breath, Indien, sowie eine umfangreiche NLP- und Life-Coach/psychologische Beratungsausbildung und fand ihre wahre Berufung in der systemischen Aufstellungsarbeit.
This retreat will be held in a comfortable and beautiful house two minutes walk from the quiet and not very touristic sandy beach of El Brosquil, Cullera, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain. A place with an enviable climate all year round with about 300 days of sunshine a year, without extreme temperatures.
The price of this retreat includes three daily flexi-vegan meals, fresh eggs from Heartful Motion hens (seasonally available), fresh fruits, and teas during the day. Raw and vegan food is available upon request.
Heartful Motion practices intermittent semi-fasting. It is not compulsory, but they suggest that you give yourself the opportunity to try it and see how you feel, although if you wish, you can eat whenever you want, whatever you want, within the options they have at home.
The kitchen team members are not professional chefs but people who love cooking and put all their passion and love into it.
The retreat offers the following activities at an additional cost.
Additionally, you can find in the surroundings outdoor activities such as diving, kayaking, rafting, horseback riding, kite surfing, windsurfing, and more! Heartful Motion does not organize any of this but they can put you in touch with the organizers
Outside the house, around 30 minutes by car, you can find interesting sites such as The Valencian Albufera Nature Park and Lagoon, the Bolomor Cave, an archeological site with remains of the Neanderthals, the natural reserve "La Murta y la Casella," and other interesting and beautiful places.
Heartful Motion offers a deep tissue massage on site by a professional masseur, Miguel, with an additional cost of 50 EUR and a duration of 60 minutes.

Valencia is the nearest international airport. Also, it is very easy and cheap to get to Cullera by public transport. For more information, contact Heartful Motion directly, who will be happy to assist you.
Other optional airports are Madrid, Barcelona, Castellón, and Alicante.
