Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as the art of eight limbs because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Muay Thai is associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.
Academy profile
Honour Muay Thai was started for the love of Muay Thai, which shall carry on by giving the opportunity to fighters from around the world to enjoy this sport. The gym is located next to a Thai-boxing stadium where fights are held once a week. You have to walk through this stadium to access Honour Muay Thai. If your goal is to fight, this is a perfect setting for you to do so.
The gym, trainers, and fighters have a wealth of experience to keep you highly motivated and well versed in Muay Thai. The team really wants to make people successful.
You are asked to leave your ideas at the door and let the team take control of your training. Your ideas and feedback are always welcome when training has finished. You could speak to the head trainer or the manager if you would like to add something.
During your stay, your training can vary according to ability and resistance. The training program begins on Mondays and end of Saturdays. Sundays is a free day at the camp.

- 3 to 5 rounds Padwork and Technique
- Bag work
