Honour Muay Thai
Honour Muay Thai was started for the love of Muay Thai, which shall carry on by giving the opportunity to fighters from around the world to enjoy this sport.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as the art of eight limbs because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Muay Thai is associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.
During your stay, your training can vary according to ability and resistance. The training program begins on Monday and ends on Saturday. Sunday is a free day at the camp.
Daily sample schedule
Morning
- Start time:8:00 am
- Run 12 kilometers
- Shadow Boxing and Technique
- 3 to 5 rounds Padwork and Technique
- Bag work
- Clinching 15 to 20 minutes
- 100 to 500 knees
Afternoon

Howard Stamper
Howard has been involved in Muay Thai for more than 25 years plus and spent 12 years living in Thailand. He has had 40 fights as his active time as a fighter. He won a gold medal in the World Championships in Thailand and a national title from hhome country the United Kingdom. His goal as a gym manager is for people to experience real feel Muay Thai(Thaiboxing)with the intensity lowered to obtain the understanding of what is needed to achieve and to become a Thai boxer in Thailand. This good understanding of the. fundamentals/basics e.g footwork, Punch, Knee, Elbow and Kick.
