Come join Italy Farm Stay for a unique Reiki course and yoga retreat at the base of Abruzzo National Park, Italy. The retreat will take place on a farm surrounded by mountains, authentic Italian villages and scenery. You'll start each day with an energizing morning Hatha yoga to attune and prepare you mentally and energetically for the Reiki theory and practice. When not in the course, you can relax in peaceful tranquility, eat fresh fruit from the trees, ramble around in the beautiful forests, take part in other activities organized at the farm, immerse yourself in Italian culture, and enjoy delicious homemade meals. It’s happening – and Italy Farm Stay would love you to be a part of it.
During this retreat, you will be accommodated at Italy Farm Stay where you can choose from different types of rooms to fit your budget and vacation.
All rooms have terracotta tiles, beautifully hand-painted trees, wildlife on the walls, and wood furniture with hand-carved details. The beds are new and comfortable, so you can be assured that you will have a pleasant night's sleep during your stay.
The rooms, which have been recently restored, are equipped with a fan in the summer and a heating unit in the colder months. Rooms are made of limestone walls which keep them quite cool in the summer. The larger rooms can accommodate up to four or five people.
Camping on the farm is also available for guests who are looking for a more affordable stay but who want to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the farm. You can bring your own tent and equipment, or you can rent a tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping mat for a small fee.
The campground is in a beautiful area of the farm and close to many fruit trees and vegetables which you can pick yourself and eat for free. You will wake up each morning to a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding area. Included in the camping fee is the use of a new shared indoor bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hot shower.
This is a 5-day journey of theory and practice in which you will learn how to access and channel the Reiki power. You will receive Reiki 1 and 2 initiations as well as certification at the end.
Over these five enriching days, you will meet together in an open space of healing, transformation and profound connection as you embark on the path of Traditional Reiki.
You will begin every day with the gentle embrace of Hatha yoga and nourish yourself with a wholesome vegetarian breakfast, prepared with love and intention to fuel your journey ahead. The afternoon will be saved for theory classes as an exploration of energy healing, guided by ancient wisdom and modern understanding.
During dinner meetings, you will take part of initiations, group practices, grounding exercises, integration, open circles of questions and reflections. You will have the chance to connect and socialize with people alike as you partake in a nourishing vegetarian dinner, fostering community and connection with like-hearted souls.
As you depart from this sacred sanctuary, may you carry with you the blessings of Reiki, the wisdom of the ancients, and the boundless potential of your own radiant soul. May your journey be filled with love, light, and infinite grace.
As you delve into the sacred art of Reiki, a gentle yet potent energy healing modality, you'll unravel the mysteries of Reiki alongside fellow seekers. Guided by experienced practitioners, you'll learn the sacred symbols, delve into energy channels, and awaken your innate ability to channel universal life force energy for healing and harmony.
Each morning, you'll awaken to the soothing embrace of a gentle, meditative yoga class on a beautiful deck in the middle of the forest. The yoga sessions go beyond physical postures, inviting you to explore the subtle realms of energy work, preparing your mind and body for the journey ahead.
Beyond the realms of Reiki, you can take the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Italian culture and tradition. The vibrant community offers a myriad of experiences, from Italian cooking classes, visit to the cheese-making shepherd or silent walking meditations amidst ancient olive groves.
Often at the farm, Italy Farm Stay will organize fire ceremonies and devotional singing gatherings, where guests from all walks of life come together to celebrate life, love, and the transformative power of spiritual practice.
Throughout the course, there will be ample time for silence and introspection, allowing you to delve into the depths of your own inner landscape and connect with the healing energy of Reiki on a profound level.
